Grandson loved it!
We purchased this for my grandson's 9th birthday and he had great fun putting it together! The only help we gave him was helping to sort the pieces by color after he decided he wanted to dump all 4,000 into one bin.
Great way to end the summer
My father bought me and my brother this set on the promise that we build it together, rather than argue as we were for the bulk of our vacation. It was not only the coolest Lego set I've ever built, but also the best bonding experience with my little brother. Plus, it makes an awesome decoration!

Purely awesome in every way, shape and form. I highly recommend buying this product. I have a feeling it will be retired someday just like LEGO did with the Taj Mahal.
